BCI Holds Discussion on Deepwater Resource Exploration Cooperation

June 22, 2026 – BCI facilitated a high‑level working meeting between the delegation of China`s Ministry of Natural Resources, led by Minister Zhuang Shaoqin, and expert researchers from Universidade Federal Fluminense (UFF) in Rio de Janeiro and Universidade do Vale do Rio dos Sinos (UNISINOS). The discussions focused on collaborative research in deep‑water resource exploration and on joint mechanisms for implementing transnational projects.
